We are running ND 6.0.3 on a Windows NT server and 6.0.1 clients with iNotes60 mail templates. Despite user preferences being set to automatically refresh the Inbox, scores of users are suddenly reporting that their Inbox is not refreshing until F9 is pressed. We are also getting epidemic reports of phantom new mail notification.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any ideas?
